An intermediate level day of yoga for students with at least 4 years experience
of Iyengar Yoga.
Hard working asanas in the morning and seated asanas in the afternoon.
Lunch is included.
Wednesday 11th July 2007 Yoga to help back problems 9.30-3.30

A day of yoga suitable for students with back problems. Standing and seated
asanas in the morning,
followed by recuperative asanas in the afternoon.

Saturday October 20th 2007 Yoga Workshop 10-4 Intermediate Level
Venue: Friends Meeting House, Rainsford Rd, Chelmsford
Morning class 10-12.30am , Afternoon class 1.30-4pm
Students will have the opportunity to explore the intermediate asanas in more
depth,
suitable for students with at least 4 years experience of Iyengar yoga.
Please bring your own light lunch, hot and cold drinks provided.
